Q1.Is it safe to enter my card details when ordering at Love Your Home For Less?
A. Yes. Our site is approved by Verisign and any sensitive financial data is encrypted so that nobody can read it, including us!
Q2.Do you have a catalogue?
A. Not in the traditional sense as they cost too much to produce and are instantly out of date. Instead, we offer free fabric/leather samples, concise product details, backed up by expert advice.
Q3.How much do you charge for delivery?
A. On orders up to £99 delivery is £7.50 throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Remote UK and Southern Ireland delivery charged at cost - quotations on request. Deliveries for orders of £100 or more FREE OF CHARGE throughout mainland UK with the exception of special delivery requirement orders. Our special delivery service is charged at £75, this includes product delivery, installation and packaging taken away for recycling.
Q4.Where's my order?
A. Feel free to email us at shop@loveyourhomeforless.com. Note: Your order will be dispatched when every item is available. We will email you to let you know when it has left our warehouse.
Q5.I have ordered more than one item, when should I expect to receive them?
A. Your order will be dispatched when every item is available unless otherwise requested - this may incur additional delivery costs. The dispatch time will be that of the item with the longest availability. We will email you to let you know when it has left our warehouse.
Q6.When will you debit my account?
A. For stock purchases, the full amount is debited at time of order, for "To Order" products such as bespoke sofas, 50% of the total value of your order is debited at time of order, the balance is charged a week prior to delivery - you will be emailed or called at this time to notify you that we are debiting the balance due.
Q7.Do you have anymore fabrics on your sofas and beds than what is shown?
A. Yes, we have a greater collection, please advise what styles and colours you require and we can send these out same day. Please note however that these are classed as bespoke and our free returns policy does not apply. Any questions on this, please do give us a call.
Q8.Can your Sofas and Beds be made to measure?
A.Yes, certain Sofas and Beds from our collection can be altered but please remember that our low pricing is possible by maintaining standard production processes. Bespoke requires many adjustments to patterns and closer attention to these orders so they carry an additional cost but do please always ask and we'll always do our best to accommodate your request.
Q9.Can I supply my own fabric?
A. Yes, no problem at all. The only requirement being that your fabric is suitable upholstery fabric and if it is a patterned fabric please ensure that you have allowed enough surplus fabric for the pattern repeat. Plus do please remember that this will take a little longer to manufacture. Do give us a call and we are happy to go through the details with you.
Q10.How do I cancel my order?
A. Simply Email shop@loveyourhomeforless.com and advise that you wish to cancel detailing your order reference number. If you have received your order and you wish to cancel and return the goods please email or call and we can arrange a suitable time for collection. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our cancellation, returns and refunds policy.
Q11.What if I'm not in when you deliver?
A. For smaller items, our couriers will leave a card if you are not in to take the delivery. Simply call them to re arrange the delivery or, please call us on 01483 410 007 or email shop@loveyourhomeforless.com stipulating your order number and we'll get straight on to it.
Q12.I still haven't received my order despite receiving a despatch email.
A. We have a great delivery track record but on rare occasions products can go astray, so please email shop@loveyourhomeforless.com or telephone 01483 410 007 and we'll get right on to it.
