The delivery guys were great, we did struggle getting it in but then I remembered that you said the arms came off so after that it was fine.

The sofa arrived safely on the Friday. Really impressed by the courier firm you use - they were really accommodating and professional.

The sofa looks good and I particularly like the colour of the fabric so thanks for your suggestion in that regard. The only thing I was not over enamoured by was the legs of the sofa but you don't really see them anyway!

I was looking for a left handed corner sofa in a specific colour which I could get delivered within 2weeks. After trawling the usual places, my partner came across LYH4L where there was a Grace corner sofa for sale, ex-display and available for delivery. I'm really cagey about ordering anything of that value, or ex-display online from a company that I've never heard of (and is 500miles from where I live so I couldn't even see or sit on it before purchase), but can honestly say the experience was excellent.
I phoned on Monday, Leigh sent fabric samples which I received on Tuesday. We placed and paid on Wednesday and I was relaxing on my perfect Grace sofa on Sunday of the same week! We did have a problem with the delivery company in Glasgow who were meant to deliver on Saturday afternoon, but the delivery company called, took responsibility for not delivering and delivered on Sunday at a time that I chose. LYH4L called me on Monday to check everything was ok.
I read a lot of reviews, but hardly ever write one. However I felt so positive about my online sofa purchasing experience with this company that I had to comment.
And I love my sofa.

I ordered two Florence sofas from the In Stock page on your website and am very pleased with them. They were delivered in around a week by two very capable guys who brought them upstairs, assembled them and took away all the packaging in less than 10 minutes! Would definitely use you again.

We are very happy with our new Jasper sofa, it was definitely worth the extra 10% to get something that fits perfectly. The service on the whole was very good, the only slight problem we had was that someone called us back on several occasions to confirm the delivery date - even though we had already confirmed this more than once. Still, very happy with the product, easy ordering procedure and dealing with your very helpful team.

Very reasonable price for the quality and wide fabric range

We've now visited you online, at your barn and at the Esher showroom. I loved the atmosphere in the barn, although did find it difficult to find (thanks for the directions) and thought the Esher showroom was very impressive. After much deliberation (and lots of sitting on sofas) we went for the silicone wadded option and I'm really glad we did. Our Grace sofa both looks really great AND is very, very comfortable. The delivery was slightly late, but I guess you can't help traffic. All in all, I'm really glad that we went with you guys.

Pleasure from beginning to end - I'll have no hesitation in recommending friends.
